For the past two years Mr. Writer has served as Director of Corporate Finance for Entrepreneur Investments, LLC, a private investment-banking firm, which has been engaged by the Company. From 1991 to June 1994 Mr. Writer was Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for AGT Sports (AGT), a Colorado-based corporation that owns the distribution rights to a proprietary software package for golf. From 1987 through 1991 Mr. Writer served as co-founder, President and a Director of The Oxford Group, a full-service registered securities broker-dealer in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At the age of 21 Mr. Writer was the founder, President and a Director of R. Writer Securities, a registered securities broker-dealer in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
