I think the problem here is Flores went for the BIG CURE. If he had just cured, say, the heartbreak of psoriasis, they might still be trading. And Ben would be OK.

Yep, they are all over the place. At least, in a year or two, the OTCBB will become a "respectable" exchange and the true frauds will be demoted to a lower exchange.
