The entry cost will be much higher for the OTCBB once all of the non-reportable companies are delisted. I expect that it will become a "respectable" exchange for mini-micro-cap companies.

I also expect that there will be a new exchange that is liquid (unlike the Pink Sheets) that will provide a place for printing press operations in the future. This exchange has yet to be defined, but there are several candidates and the technology is there.

There are scams in all of the exchanges, you just have to be both cynical and agile to profit from (or avoid) them.

I read the UPCA press releases with disbelief, expected a pop, and did not invest (since I am not agile). I was surprised by the speed of the SEC's reaction, but I never considered putting money down on such a ridiculous story.

The SEC did a good job here. I wish that they had the resources do this type of enforcement action consistently.
