One of the freee e-mailed newsletter's I get, either internet stock news and Steve Harmon or Internet Financial News with Keith Benjamin ( I think it's the latter) rates only two of it's internet holdings currently with a strong buy, one is Gemstar. They feel confident they will emerge cleanly from the lawsuits which they also feel will be settled in the near (1-3months) term.

I get the same feeling from the two CCs. My personal opinion is that this would be announced within two weeks. I think the time is ripe, now that the markets have stabilized, but this week happens to be options expiry week.
Another thing, I flipped through the "TV Guide" magazine last night at the check out line and the "PLUSCODE+" #s were back in the magazine. I thought the TVGUIDE(TVGIA) had stopped publishing them (out of spite I assume, or maybe GMST refused to extend the contract?) a few months ago. Can anyone else verify this?
TIA
