QSFT --

>>I now have the luxury of having the DBA get me information using their software) every day

I guess you got promoted. :) Congrat!

I am currently evaluating software for people who are "all Oracle all the time". The softwares I am looking at are: BMCS's Patrol, QSFT's Iwatch, and ORCL's oem...

So far we have not make our decision yet on which software to buy, but from an oracle DBA point of view, iwatch is easy to use for sure but it does not offer indepth info like Patrol does. and I have not be able to get oem work yet! (ack!).

However, even I like iwatch very much, I just can't persuade myself to buy QSFT at current price...

At the current price, the company has 1.5B market cap, and with a Price/Sales ratio of 42.

I don't see a P/S ratio of 42 on any of the leading software companies...

Do I miss something here?

Positive input welcomed.
