Advanced Systems International Announces Listing of ADSN On NASD: OTCBB

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Aug 16, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
AdvancedSystems International, Inc. (NQB: ADSN) announced today that it
had "cleared" all comments through the Securities and Exchange
Commission on its SEC Registration Statement Form 10-SB.

The requirement to be a reporting issuer is a recently enacted
prerequisite to be listed on the NASDAQ OTCBB.

Having completed SEC requirements, the Company's market makers have
filed with the NASD to have its shares once again quoted on the Nasdaq
OTCBB. Trading on the OTCBB using the symbol "ADSN" is expected before
the end of the week.
