There are several of these ambulance chasers filing. So? What does that have to do with New ERA? If, and I say if..they could actually prove that some of the insiders perpetuated a fraud, then those insiders are in Doo doo. Now... What I see is that those insider bought more shares in the months leading up to July 6th, than they Sold. What annoys me, is that they didn't clarify why they chose to change their accounting procedures. That sure would have made this easier to swallow for some of the investors. I mean, Obviously the instituions holding seem cool with it.
