In My Opinion ~ Bankruptcy Will Not Happen:

By: TT_NeedsReform

RAGING BULL Post #3689

ISMH et al. were/are willing to takeover Thermo Tech. I have been told that the deal has not finalized because the ISMH parties would not give absolute vindication to René J. Branconnier for his prior acts. If this account is true, the last thing RB would do is to allow the receivers unfettered access to the financial documents and bank records (They Are On Microfiche At The Bank). One of the jobs of a Receiver is to perform a Forensic Audit. No, I believe RB will do anything to avoid a thorough discovery of all his financial transactions.

RAGING BULL Post #3687

Bankruptcy doesn't make sense.....

If we start from the assumption that the recent fire at Richmond was not arson, and connected to anyone inside of Thermo Tech, TT will receive funds in excess of what have been rumored to be the company's total liabilities. Of course, until we see audited financials, we don't really know the extent of TT's liabilities.

Further, if the company takes any of these monies and begins rebuilding Richmond, we should assume that TT's financial legs are still intact and are not ready to crumble.

From my perspective, bankruptcy is not even a distant consideration.

I have been sitting on the sidelines, patiently reading various posts, without commenting myself. I have always hoped that the childish comments would eventually burn themselves out and be replaced by professionally-minded people. When are you people going to start using the internet, which is an incredible gift to individual investors, properly? Everybody that uses vulgarity, or nonsense in their posts is hurting our ability to effectively communicate with each other, research issues that we could never do on our own, and get closer to understanding what is really going on here. Not just with Thermo Tech, but with every other topic discussed.

Stop the name calling, and all the other crap that is going on and get serious about your investments and put this internet to valuable use for all of us.

By the way, my attitude towards bankruptcy is based on what information is currently at my disposal. Things can always change in the future, sometimes for the worse.
