I think the following from the CompleteCare story say it all
my friend:

Dell Computer is taking the servicing and replacing of faulty notebook computers--a major concern of businesses--to the next level.

If I was in business and supplying notebook computers to my
employees I sure would take advantage of this program. It
would be a big load off my mind and my pocketbook.

Keep the updates coming from Nashville and Lebanon.

What do you think about CompleteCare
I wish I had it! Last night my son was changing out a CD in the notebook. He ejected it, moved over to the bookshelf, and the dog (70lbs) ran by and stepped on the CD tray which is now hanging out by the wires. I'm not sure my eyesight is good enough to put it together again.
