J.Goren. Ref: IRID. Resetting the value on the investment closer to zero is the way huge failed projects ultimately achieve ROE for second owners. In I*'s case, it is not clear that MOT can make the system work well enough to be acceptable to phone users period. If quality is very bad, perhaps there is some market for fixed location phone booths in underdeveloped areas. At some price some customer group will accept a high degree of problems. If the thing just won't work technically, I suspect somebody will be after MOT on a warranty basis. JohnG
