You can! It's BC as I type this, so I can't remember which, but RecycleBin is one.

You can do the same with other folders...The Control Panel is different it it's setup though. If you want other folders, just copy the entire directory into the start menu. No need for Registry hacking. :)

I make sure I have my dial-up connections (if I don't have a direct connection), Administrative Tools, Control Panel, Netscape, and mail programs right off the start menu.
