OT Uncle Frank, D.Swiss, taxman, Thanks for your advise on Dell. I did not know Niles had upgraded Dell. I would not even dream of holding Dell as a short going into earnings---i would just try to play it over a 2 day period but be out before earnings. Shorting is no way to invest and make big money. Dell has made me a lot of money (second only to MSFT) in the past. Still i would not be taking any real gambles if i decide to short it----i guess it is more for amusement.
