Hi Every One,

I feel that all ECNC shareholders should be favorably impressed with ECNC's progress. This week alone, ECNC has put out two awesome press releases.

8/12/99 - beConnect Projects Substantial Revenues in 2000 from JVC Secure eMail Services.

Is can be huge!! JVC projects 2 million customers will be utilizing the JVC Benefits On Line Service by 2001. IMO - Benefits On Line Service would be where an employee calls up to find out about their company benefits.

Companies will be paying ECNC the $2.50 per month fee per employee for using the JVC Secure eMail Service. $2.50 per employee per month is a drop in the bucket for most companies to help administer corporate benefits. One thousand employees would equal $2,500 per month in company costs.

8/13/99 - eConnect joins with E-Safe to form strategic alliance, (ETTA) to implement Same-as-Cash (TM) service ...

This is huge also. E-SAFE Pty. Ltd is being led by Iain Gray, Director of Sydney Funds Managers Limited.

"...E-SAFE will be applying for an Australian license for Internet sports gaming and will jointly develop global internet sports wagering with eSportsbet.com." states Iain Gray, Chairman of E-SAFE.

WOW!! Our we in the big league now? All I will have to say is:

GO Iain!! Welcome to our ECNC team. You can come and play in our jungle any time.

Go Tom!!!
