There is wage inflation! Have you looked at the hourly earnings increase in the last 2 monthly employment reports?

I suppose most people only see and hear what they want.

Bobby,

China has to be careful how they play that devaluation card.

By devaluing they may disrupt the US economy that is currently their salvation.

So let's not forget the Chinese economy need the US far more than we need them.

That is the ultimate sign that the Chinese emperor "has no clothes".

But that said, the Chinese govt has proven itself highly capable at fighting a psychological war of intimidation that western nations, fearing anything that may upset their economic applecarts, are unwilling to fight.
