Hi BIGWAX,

I asked Tom yesterday regarding the 10-QSB filing. He said that his SEC attorneys indicated that it would be filed yesterday. Since I didn't see it come out on FreeEdgar, I would assume that there was some holdup with the filing. Since the filing was expected yesterday, I would say that it is ready to go and will be out by Monday. IMO.

I am very concerned about ECNC's price. I have known Tom Hughes for over a year and have trust in him. With trust in Tom, I can wait for the price increase.

The business has to be built first and then we will worry about the price. Once the business gets going, nothing will be able to keep the price down. Not shorts, not MM, not even some stupid investor that keeps selling shares below the bid.

Take care.
Scoobey

Hey BW,

Perhaps it is we, who should apologize to you - since you weren't fully up to speed with what's happening around here. Also, being Friday the 13th (yesterday), you can appreciate that everyone was a little flaked-out. It's been a long week.

First, let me extend you a hearty welcome..!! I don't get on here as often as I'd like, anymore. I presumed that someone had already said "..Howdy..", sprayed you head-to-foot with Silly String, and honked the Harpo horn at you several times. We josh around here a lot, as this thread is pretty much a "..family.." thing.

"J" and I were basically trying to join in your excitement and enthusiasm, while poking a little fun at you at the same time. Hey, you can't say that you were being ignored, aye..!! (tee hee)

It doesn't matter if a person is a teenager with 10 shares that his folks gave him, or a gazillionaire with a 1000 shares he paid for by picking Beebleberries; we're happy to have you aboard. When you're a Ten-thousandaire, send me a Cohiba, Okay!

The state of the share price has pretty much been determined to be the result of some intentional shorting and/or skullduggery; it is being dealt with. Most of us have been buying at these prices, as we have all along. The point being, we all expect to be able to look back and consider all the prices from 0.03-to-1.00+ to be "..most advantageous..".

ECNC is in that growth and development zone - where all the efforts, by everyone involved, everywhere, are just beginning to:
a) bear fruit
b) generate more revenues
c) cause the company to become more well known.

As I was directly involved in hooking Tom up with the Emerging Company Report, let me speak to that. It is really important to get good exposure in the right neighborhood, so people know who you are, what your plan is, and what you're doing about it.

As ECNC is a "..fully reporting and operating company.." (as opposed to just pie/sky plans), I would expect the ECR presentation to be very positive. People who see the program will have a considerable amount of DD material waiting for them on the Web, and/or by phone or mail requests.

It is obviously desirable to get very powerful and well-heeled people interested in what you're doing, if you want a little help up the ladder to success. I'm not directly involved in those efforts, and I don't rightly know who the players are. The company is involved in a lot of the major power centers in the USA, England, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere. And, where you see big banks, cloud-shrouded penthouses, Grumman Gulfstreams, and large yachts, there's always the opportunity to meet the "..right guy.." I.e.: "..GO TOM.."!!

You don't spend lots of time in Dogbreath, North Dakota if you want to become an MGM movie star, aye! (...Before anyone asks, no we have no HollyWeird involvement to the best of my knowledge...)

Have a great day..!!

John :-)

Ps:

If you want to help eConnect grow, tell a friend, tell a local brokerage firm, post notes on bulletin boards, tell a Jiffy Lube owner about Shop-While-You-Wait, tell the guy next to you on the airplane, tell your family, etc.

This is your company, too..!! What you do helps..!!

If you need informational materials, harass Manny..!!

Hey Wax,

Mr. Gray is the Director of the Sydney Management Fund, a very prestigious financial institution down under. He will be linking us in to PICOHOLDINGS.com. This company is a $20 NASDAQ traded stock that has gas and oil holdings. Mr. Gray will also link us to eSafe which with E T & T will merge, and eSafe will go public in Australia - attempting to raise 10 million dollars for the newly formed ETTA. Mr. Gray is known throughout the Pacific Rim, and he will entree us into England and Hong Kong. (I'm tempted to make a King Kong pun here; I guess I just did).
My point is - when Tom re-releases a clearer Press Release Monday, I think we will all realize that Mr. Gray is no chump, no chimp. If touting him as a gorilla was hyperbolic on Tom's part, then I believe it won't happen again. Tom does listen to his "constituents." But, Wax, think of it this way. We will raise 10 mil, we will go global. Maybe, it "ain't" a gorilla by the definition of some. But, others feel this could be the beginning of th end of eConnect's financial scraping for venture capital. I personally say, let's not look a gift gorilla in the mouth. No matter how we categorize its species, it remains financially potent IMHO.

I don't know what JM knows....he is an insider and has more info. It was my info and guess from reading between the lines (which you have to do around here alot) that Iain was the gorilla....now whether there is bigger news coming...I don't know.

Financing to come is mentioned along with Iain's involvement in the strategic alliance. A connection there? I don't know but I hope so. He is no small fish. I think the news was plenty busy. Was not expecting to hear that Microsoft had bought a position in our company....yet!! :-)

PLEASE folks...be patient and be happy with what has been done for the company so far. It is ALOT! This is a LONG TERM investment, not a speculation fast penny. It WILL take off and go far! JMHO

I know the frustration of knowing all the good things about this company, believing fervently that it is greatly undervalued at its present (and past) share prices and wondering endlessly why the HECK doesn't it move up??? It has been a bumpy ride since May/June when the shorts arrived.

It will continue to be a bumpy ride ahead. Even when we break loose of the shorts at this level we will see them time and time again, imho. Get used to it and if it ain't for you....move on to something that better fits your investment style/expectations. Here's hoping you all decide to stick around.

Now...Wax buddy, the caffiene comment was just poking fun in good humor at your post. We do that alot to each other around here. NO OFFENSE was meant. We are just treating you as one of the family so be flattered not upset!
