I am sorry Chuck .. I do not understand most of your writings and posts. I am at a loss for what you are trying to say. All I do do is do my DD and I invest on it. I know these boards are the haven for slammers which I never underestmate but they force anyone to prove them wrong. This is the key ... Never fight a nay just prove them wrong. So far not one nay has made a valid point against this company or the deal. Just a lot of innuendoes and convenient logic. I love certain types that tout their experience and libel themselves recklessly. Just a matter of taking each point and showing where the things are in the public records. I have not seen one post other than some are incompetent on doing research for claims and permits even if they has the names of people and what not. Posters that never have or are able to find the truth so they use their credentials as their sword have no credibility with me because I can counter their BS. They could not find the claims, cost me 20 bucks but I did throuhg the BLM. Now they can't find permits. I find it amazing they can't find anything in an industry they tout and hype all this experience. We shall see. I doubt this whole scenario is doing all this and not have all neccessary permits, plans and licenses. I bet getting the permit to take water out of the Santas Maria River is not an easy task but they have one. I doubt the attorneys who are very knowledge of doing the legal work on these type deals are so careless to over look permits and licensing. So we shall see. Oh and they are on teh Santa Maria River Project and Homestake claims setting it up to start the operations. Guess all those hard working miners will get thrown off the property and such ... Please! :-) GB GB
