Kid Kritter Childrens Clothing is still a private company if it's even still that. Did the DD back in early 1996 when I invested in this mess. Everything went well for the company until the fall of 1998 when they announced the merger with a public company. Since then info from the company has been almost nothing. They did hire an attorney to send all investors a letter in May 1999 telling of their future plans and more talk of a merger. I believe it was just a tactic to maybe try and keep investors from taking any legal action. Their phone message has not been updated since May and they do not return phone calls. I have my State Securities Comm. looking into it. My intent in starting this thread was maybe it might catch the eye of other people who invested in the company and we could put our heads together and discuss our options, being stupid again hopefully is not one of them. Any information from anybody is greatly appreciated and I thank you.....KIDK is not the same company as the one here.
