Valueman: Your Value to those on this Q thread, the G* thread and the LOR thread is beyond price. Thanks. This post on IRID is by far the most specific, clear, concise run down on what the future holds for IRID that I have seen anywhere. Congratulations. Valueman. Ref: IRID Grim picture you paint. If, as you say, high maint/operational costs perclude a slow-prolonged start up, then the thing is hopeless. We'll see mucho finger pointing and lawsuits out of this one. All parties want to escape the brunt of the blaim. Chearly it is MOT's leadership that failed---leaders are the ones who decide what to do. And the "What" was all wrong here due to various factors including rapid evolution of CDMA technology and wireless networks.
