TunicaLast year ATT made NN it's preferred networking platform vendor.

It is absolutely true for multiservices platform for big ATT
corporate customers(very large WAN corporate nets) which ATT serves. For example:
IMB,Bank One/First Chicago,Merryll,Citibank etc.(see press release on May 5,1998)

On February 1999 CC,ATT was listed as a top customer, and Alan stated(after consulting with someone form NN present on CC,) when ask by BBRS analyst that NN is doing many thing, including circuit emulation over ATM.
Although no announced NN, is doing, among other things, quite a bit of FR for ATT,what may be related to ATT network crush last year.
Also Alan stated, when ask by analyst that relationship with ATT is growing and opportunities are significant.

Tunica, the AT&T network was a CSCO network. At the time, ASNC/CSCC was posturing just like you might assume that NN is now. AT&T stayed with CSCO. Also, LU/ASND has been building an ATM network for AT&T for 2 years. NN is not THE preferred platform vendor, but is likely A preferred npv. AT&T spends big bucks with LU/ASND, CSCO and NT as well. brian
