Ari:

If everyone is for a protest letter I could draft a copy in my free time and post it on this thread.

I'm all for it!

Please let me know if I can help in any way.

Thanks

Stang

ARI

I appreciate your stepping forward and volunteering to be the drafter. Obviously you are the thread member with the background and skill to craft an effective protest letter. I agree with you that it will probably have no effect but at least it would send a strong statement that shareholders will not idlely sit back and let management totally ignore shareholders interest for their personal gain.

I was under the impression that the BCSC had the final approval responsibility over whether Pyng could take the shameless repricing action. So I would think the a letter to them would be the most effective avenue of blocking this action. Although, as you have stated it may not be in our best interest, I trust your judgement. I personally do not care what the shorterm effect of Pyng being on the BCSC's "sugar list" is but I obviously do not know all the ramifications.

If you think a letter to the VSE is less detrimental to Pyng in the long run then I wholeheartedly support this action and would be glad to help you in anyway possible. Let me know how I can be of service.

Thanks for your efforts.
Jack

Protest away and count me in. I think we all have legitimate grievances with PYNG and I'd like to see them aired.

Rewards for non-performance!!! How do they sleep at night.

Hi Ari,

I'm sure you knew from post# 4318 that I'm with you all the way on any protest concerning rewarding PYNG insiders with re-priced options when the company has performed so poorly.

I have been away for a couple of days and was really pleased to see the ground swell of tread members who think enough is enough.

I look forward to forwarding a signed copy of your protest letter to the VSE, BCSC, and if necessary the queen of England if there is even the smallest possibility that it will stop PYNG from running roughshod over "outsider" shareholders.
