Burt aka the Fly, I had no idea you spent so much time watching my portfolio performance; however, again, you are mistaken about the filings RE: insiders trading - look to see what exact company the 'insiders' are filing upon and by all means post it on up - try looking at Foilmark & Mintz...the one for gAAY particularly is 20K filed by a person who used to work for GAAY and now is no longer wit the company but had received the stock because she was an employee, ergo - she had to file 144 to sell whenever those 20K hit the market sure gonna make a huge impace. Thanks for the heads up.

Now onto pertinent to XSNI information - that info you posted on the public board TODAY regarding XSNI - that was provided over two weeks ago in the basement. Get real man...

And is THAT all you could come up with? I read something yesterday someone told another poster they were a 'retarded yoda' - seems to fit you, oh guru wannabe and benevolent benefactor of old useless information.

See, I still have a great sense of humour too :) Demi

Just a walkin the dog...member that tune?

jeff;--31,000 shares in a company with 34 million is not worth talking about. It's insignificant. Take a look at FreeServe - 115 million shares issued. Even 1 million shares in the case of FreeServe is less than 1%. Again, insignificant. Those in the internet most focus on the Future, Keep Freeserve's US$3.9 billion Market Cap on their Radar. All we need is a Newspaper report from the UK overviewing X-Stream, Title: "Is X-Stream The World's 1st Free Internet Worth 1/3 of Freeserve's US$4 Billion". Jeff US$0.06/sh was a good price for GAAY a short time ago when it dropped from US$0.14/sh. to US$0.06/sh, but some paid over US$0.50/sh. for that stock.

Burt - here you go, when you cite supposed recent facts - post it up or provide a link; that way people won't be fooled with your puffed up posts of insignificant 'truths', ahh huh.

Date Name Action Shares Type Price Value
2-Jul-99 TREMAGLIO MELINDA Planned Sale (144) 20,000 Common - $2,800
10-Jun-99 VELKY SUSAN J Planned Sale (144) 100,000 Common - $14,000
23-Nov-98 JONES NANCY Planned Sale (144) 2,000,000 Common - $66,000
19-Oct-98 BRISTOL MEDIA LTD Planned Sale (144) 400,000 Common - $14,000

OK - see that date 23-Nov-98 - the 2 mil is already out and included in the float - sold last year for tax purposes for that individual seller. Yes, I called Bristol too - all gone last year; already out before December 31.

Once the 144 is filed there are 90 days to sell or another filing must be made; these things a sincere and credible poster should know - like I said your information is old and useless; don't quit your day job.

You should know by now that crappy, old, insignificant information posted on a board is the worst thing one can do; if you are going to post something provide the link or exact verbage copied fom the link; when you said there was a 144 for 2 million shares, you should have at least included the filing date, or don't post at all; your credibility is shot, with me anyway.

OK, c ya :) Demi

BTW - I am going scuba diving so if I don't return a post to provide you another lesson right away or at all, don't worry, I really don't care if you get it or not; just don't want you giving out MISLEADING & WRONG information one stock in my portfolio; soon enough, people will see how substantive your posts really aren't.

Talking Heads has a great album you should listen to - Same as It Ever Was ---

Jeff: Did you see those 4 insignificant figures from Oct. 1998 coming at you, when you add them all up it's not even $100,000 in a company that if they are worth 1/3 of Freeserve would equal US$1.3 billion?? That's not even 0.0001%--insignificant. Jeff, I wish they would "Focus on the Future".!!!
