To All: For the benefit of those lurkers who may not have been able to hear the cc, here are some more verbatim comments from Lev. This deals with the customer situation at the present time, and Lev has just told us that they've not had to scrap any lots of batteries lately. so....... "......we're very happy.....we've got, you know, batteries, we think in fairly significant quantities available for customers...and customers are lined up and they're getting their batteries. We've had some batteries out with customers for a significant period of time.... and those are the customers we hope will come through right now. Now having said that, we have repackagers between us and our end-user customers.... and... I think some of the customers are waiting to... to see how some of these situations that are occurring right now with some of our repackagers are gonna settle out before they order. Hopefully, that situation will be resolved fairly soon." Question: So if you were to have a significant order placed today you're 80% confident you could meet it with the given production technology as it exists today? "That's a question with no wrong answer, you know, I mean it would depend on the size of the order, but I won't accept an order I can't meet...how's that for an answer?" More to come...... - T -
