One thing I forgot to mention.

Yorkton bought over 400,000 net between .80 and 1.00...average price .85 right before the run-up in April adding to all the stock they bought in the .40-60's.

During the period between April 1 and May 1, when JDX peaked at $1.12 and pulled back, Yorkton bought 654100 at an average price 0.92 and sold 645933 at an average price 0.92 in 100's of trades. They would have not made any money off these trades so either there are two different big players from Yorkton playing this stock or there is one schizophrenic Yorkton house trader out there.

After all of this Yorkton should still be net around 1.5-1.8 million shares. My guess is that a group of friendly hands from Yorkton is still accumulating but we have a group (retail public??) that is either flipping around the stock or getting bored or a funds that is unwinding for some unknown reason.

Of course these are all educated guesses on my part...only Yorkton knows the real truth. Time will only tell if I am right.

Best Regards
KEITH
