Amigo, I am closing PCNA and opening SIDT-

SIDT's main technology are electronic digitized outdoor signs and billboards. These billboards can be seen from any angle regardless of sunlight.

Content can be altered immediately via computer. This avoids the time lag in having a crew have to go take down the old message and put up a new one. It also allows for several ads to display on the same board alternating images throughout the day. They can also be constantly updated to reflect special promotions, sales, schedules, etc.

The company is currently making deals to construct billboards.

They are also issuing non-exclusive licenses for alternate uses of the technology. They earned $5 million from a Japanese company earlier this year in licensing fees. Burger King currently uses the technology in some of their locations at their drive thru windows.

Rumor has it that Walmart has also contracted for a major order to be announced soon.

They expect to bring in revenues of $30 million next year. They expect to be profitable this year.

They have over $4 million in the bank, plus license fees that will be rolling in. This cash will help with further R & D and operating cash as they manufacture and roll out their billboards.
