Hi Jim.... I do believe that SFAD has been a filing company all along...I don't remember the number of shares, but it is huge....The price, meanwhile has certainly taken a dive again???? They are supposed to still be working on things to come, whatever that means?????? I can't tell ya...I haven't followed this one in a while....
