You have not understood a thing I have written

Thats right, I dont.

Come on, you can do better than that. You dont have to act like Ahhaha. Explain yourself.

If my basic premise is wrong, I'd like to know. Show me a way open access can work using my one example.

<There are many problems in my stance for open access - many. but not the ones you have just outlined.>

The reasons Eric outlined are more than enough all by themselfs.

Most whimps say they are for open access because they think it makes them sound like a free thinking pro consumer type of person.

In reality these whimps are just

a)AOL / ISP / baby bell competitors and supporters of the copper phone wiring system. (These folks have a good reason to fear cable and ATHM)
b)Stupid do gooders, otherwise known as "Commie Pinko Fag Numbskulls" <g>
c)Whimps and very old men with faulty logic processors such as Ahhaha is burdened with.
d) all of the above

The so called "open access" is total BS, it is nothing more than "forced access" and IMO, any fool should be able to see that.
