Joel: Uncle Frank suggested that I not be too lavish with my praise for this thread and/or Mike, LindyBill or himself, on other threads because it might cause overload here. But I assume it is OK to praise this thread on this thread. :-) Without overdoing it too much I hope, Uncle Frank deserves the primary credit IMO. He started this thread. He gently (and once in awhile not so gently) tries to get newbies to read the GG or the summary of GG basics to keep the posts somewhat on GG subject matter. I do lurk (and sometimes post) on a variety of SI threads related to telecom and I have found none like this one. They may exist, I just haven't found them. There also seems to be very little relation between the quality of the company and the quality of its thread. This puzzles me also. Many just are traders threads with no substance. Others are more balanced and some have a few posters worth reading and many worth skipping. A wide range. My personal favorites are the Q threads, JDSU and SDLI, SNDK, G*, LOR and a few which are not related to one company such as the last mile thread. But that is because there is substance discussed - some wheat among the chaff. In sum, good luck. Cha2
