Well someone selling 2 mil shares would takn the price quiet a bit. I think WCOM used lehman to sell the shares.

I guess PTEK lost big time with this deal and WCOM basically crushed them ie chewed them up and spat them out. Not a very nice thing to do.
Especially considering 20 mil is nothing to WCOM and companies generally do nto do this kind of shit unless some lacky at wcom wanted to show PTEK who is the real boss.

WebMD Inc. and SportsLine USA Inc., publisher of the CBS SportsLine Web site, said they signed an exclusive two-year marketing and promotion agreement. Under the agreement, WebMD, an Atlanta provider of Internet health information for doctors and consumers, will provide health and wellness information to CBS SportsLine, an online provider of sports information and goods. WebMD also will sponsor all injury reports on CBS SportsLine. Plus, International Golf Outlet, SportsLine's Internet golf store, will become the exclusive golf merchant on WebMD. SportsLine USA, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., produces CBS SportsLine under an agreement with CBS Sports. Closely held WebMD is slated to merge this fall with Healtheon Corp., Santa Clara, Calif.
