Such a week. I start getting a couple of posts that are puzzling, suggesting that I may have said something that upset or offended. What'd I say? I go look for my recent post, can't find it. Maybe it's the new SI format I think. I look some more, still can't find it. Then comes a post from er, (you know who) that sounds hollowly indignant and I figure if he's unhappy I've said something OK. And I'm watching the markets and trading a bit, but still puzzled. What'd I do? What'd I say? I'll ask Jenna, maybe she knows. But when I hit the send button up pops SI with a "Your posting privleges have been suspended until Aug. 15." In red yet, with a border so I shouldn't miss it. So I stew for a coupla days, miss the Friday rally. Today I learn they removed my post which is why I've had some difficulty finding it. But I gotta tell you that suspension is not such a bad thing; for the first time in a year I saw my kids, kissed my wife and took out the garbage. As for the purloined post...I'm deeply sorry if I upset or offended anybody on the Gems thread. I have great respect for Jenna and consider many of you my close friends. Market Gems is an extraordinary meeting place for traders. I've been around the Street for a while and have never encountered such a group. I would never knowingly upset or offend any of you. Nor will I remain silent when one of us is attacked. (Lee)
