re: "As I have posted here several months ago, I bought back in (AMD) at $16.50 and have sold covered calls & puts - reducing my basis to below $15."

Amazing and real slick...honestly, I do not read too many of your posts. Please reference them so that we can all look at them at our leisure. Also, I recently bought two shares of EK, for reasons that will have to remain an obscure issue on this thread. What order of magnitude of purchase are you talking about: two shares, 200 shares, 2,000 shares, 200,000 shares.... In market value or in shear numbers of shares; how does this position compare with the gargantuan iNTEL position that you often reference. Also, honestly, if your negative and cynical posts on AMD are too be taken as given in candor; why would you own any shares in AMD at all. In the worst case, which may well not apply here, such advice, while you are taking an equity position in an issue is known as "FRONTRUNNING" and is legally actionable by any who feel that they have been hurt by said insincere advice, on which they may have acted unwisely, and which may have been given in bad faith. Please note, I am not saying that you have broken the law or that you have, in fact, acted in bad faith (you litigious so-and-so); I am merely cautioning you that you may be on legally very thin ice here.

Also, I would advise any members of this thread that if they feel that they may be the victim of advice that may have been given insincerely and as a result of which they lost money or opportunity that they consider legal action.
