That's something to watch out for. How with congress deal with the merit of these lawsuits after passing their recent Y2K legal relief legislation?

I hadn't heard about this case, but It's quite possible that without the proper legal jargon in the M&A contracts to cover Y2K issues, we'll see more lawsuits.

That may put Investment Banks under pressures that I never thought would result.
