Okay, here goes:

GRIN is a sympathy play to KIDE. The co. was at the Canadian side of the Furby craze of last year and has positioned themselves to participate in the current Pokemon craze this year. GRIN is actually profitable on its own and is looking to become a more "year round" company than just the Xmas run that it has had in the past.
