In so much as discrediting Tim he is doing a good job of that himself. His POS/PAS is to convenient. Also he is in the same industry with apparently a mine operation I have discovered all by myself. Now there are two seperate companies to be acquired. I do not know if both or one will close if either at all. Safe harbour Act you know. But I would assume something will come out to clarify the closing or closings or none at all and as to why. As far as the expertise for the HGP, I would assume the two Dr.s would be on an advisory board if nothing else. But would prefer to see them on the board of directors. They know how to do what they have to do. I do not know if they may have to update and twink existing permits or apply for new ones .. however, because of Tim's convenient omission and additional syntax, I do not trust a word he says and again I have discovered he maybe overseeing a mine himself. Working on a lot of things this weekend. Tim makes it a point to naysay based on his 32 years expertise then I believe he should be held accountable for every single post he makes. He touts that experience conveniently so I assume his profession opinion is being stated. Since he works in the industry I am really curious why he would naysay a stock without getting and evaluating all the proper information/documentation first. I verify everything for myself. I think all the names associated with these two possible acquistions know what they are doing plus the legal firm representing Orex since they do mining deals all the time. However, I am not so sure what Tim is doing or his agenda. Not even sure the 3 locations are the same ones as the ones for these two acquistions ... the NR just says they surveyed three sites. However, Tim knows the Neveda mining more than likely since the company he works, I believe has a mine in SECTION VI Esmeralda County NV in the production of Diatomite. Also I was unable to find anything in Nevada in either company names, or individual names we have gotten from other claims. My question is are these mines associated with Tim Hall a conflict of interest if the HGP tests prove to be positive and it works. So I am just waiting and doing my thing. I will continue to do DD but until a deal is closed and in b/w signed and all ... nothing exists right now which is why I am confused on this structured slamming. We shall see. :-) GB
