wonk, great find, thanks. I'll read the entire contract tomorrow. From the surface it does appear that the principal recipient then is ATHM. Underneath, however, it remains to be seen if ATHM was not merely the agency of the MSOs. I'll look at it more closely tomorrow. Got a few more replies to handle, and then I must rest my weary ears.
