How would you like for me to start posting all of the current problems that are occurring everywhere now, that are not being posted here, and that your bud Kosswillkillem and his ilk are NOW covering up or at least disregarding in their "everyone stay asleep!' pronouncements that you and your group nervously and anxiously peruse for any and every bit of morsel of hopeulet findings or pronouncements of wonderful days to come?

You won't get anything in writing, because nothing is 100% absolute. Get an airline to give you a written guarantee that the next flight you take, the plane won't crash.

I don't think they would give you any written guarantee, (Even though the chance of getting killed on a plane is very small), companies are reluctant to put anything in writing.
