Yes - you are quite right - I think IFLY needs to develop many more features to their site and service which will add benefit for users - and thus build brand loyalty with their customer base.... Whether they really understand this and know how to deliver it remains to be seen..... there have been rumors of a new website with many more features (including non-agent ticket pricing - just website users querying the SABRE database directly). However the company has been exceptionally quiet - I think trying to heal the perception of the market after the hype earlier this year... Mark
