Kathleen, thanks. I think my math is right (I hope the math is right <g>), but what's bothering me is that the "reality" represented by the numbers is somewhat confusing.

They suddenly go from 12.9/46.1 T&A-to-product purchases Q1 and 21.5/103.5 Q2, to what looks to me like 0/106.1 Q3.

Why?

Corresponding with that is also the disappearance of revenues in the "other" segment. They did $32M Q1, $19.2M Q2 and then 0 in Q3.

Why?

If JV product accounts for 20% of semicon product and suddenly this offset factor disappears (which I'm estimating to have lowered their net costs on JV goods 28% and 20% Q1 and Q2 respectively) in Q3, isn't this somewhat relevant? Not to trading, but from the POV of "okay, I want to understand the operations of this company as best as I can" because if the semicon mem segment was 68% of their consolidated revs. the last 2 quarters and the JV stuff is roughly 20% of that segment, then that's 13.6% of the business.

So 13.6% of the business apparently loses this test and assembly offset to JV gross product purchase costs and no one out there having their price targets parroted by Maria B. or published in Bloomberg or Dow Jones notices?

Good trading,

Tom
