Great Find John: IMO, Steve Harmon is a very shrewd Internet Analyst. It's interesting that he is very impressed with NETP's client base and its CEO. He also is launching a new Investment Fund and has gained quite a following on Wall Street.

NETP still needs to much more effectively market the company to all the stakeholders. You are right that Engage's CEO is on CNBC on Mon.--and this company has not been public as long as NETP <G>.

Look at RBAK --Redback Networks was launched by Robbie Stephens and others around the same time as NETP. It has gone from the 20s to around $220. Its sales are higher but according to Monday's IBD article on the company it won't be profitable until 2001 -- around the same time NETP is forecasted to be profitable . Both firms are important first movers in different sectors of this digital economy. Both are projected to continue to have triple digit sales growth for quite some time. Yet NETP's valuation is only a few hundred million and Redback Network's valuation is now closing in on around $2.5 Billion. Hmmm.....compare the price/sales ratios of both firms. I realize that different sectors of the internet area are perceived differently BUT alot of it comes down to marketing and BUZZ surrounding RBAK. I still feel that NETP could have its run and I maintain that it is incredibly undervalued when you consider its position in its hypergrowth market. Management is executing in ALL areas except marketing the firm to current and potential investors (of all sizes). How many articles on NETP have you seen in BusinessWeek, Forbes, Fortune, The Industry Standard, The Red Herring, Upside, The Wall Street Journal, IBD, The New York Times, etc...?? Many smaller (pre-IPO) and public firms have received much more coverage. NETP needs to continue to improve in this area. Right now its like one of the best kept secrets in the e-commerce infrastructure area. Lets hope that changes soon. I will continue to hold my remaining shares. This still is one of my top 5 positions and in the LONG RUN I feel NETP could perform very well.

Best Regards,

Scott
