Conmpaq is so damn desperate they will do or say anything to undermine Dell. What they announced was childish before and I would not be surprised if they create some other wild story in the future.

Could the Board be so juvenile? You bet. I worked for a huge company in the legal dept and interacted with management all of the time. You bet.
