My read, Scoob, is that eSafe will do the IPO in Australia and "eConnect will be raising 10 mil by selling Registered SB2 eConnect stock to investors through a Private Placement," is how Tom phrased it in his response to my questions Friday night. Enjoy Sunday.God bless, Manny I R Wall Street ECNC

eSafe will be offered publicly in an $10M IPO with ETTA as the trading symbol. It will enter into a strategic alliance with eConnect to offer our same as cash transaction technology in Australia, focusing initially on the HUGE wagering market there. Also JUST IN TIME FOR THE OLYMPICS in Sydney!!! As I see it ECNC will be making a cut (undetermined at this point) on all the business ETTA does in Australia and the Pacific Rim. Also, I understood that ECNC will also be raising $10M and I suspect Mr. Gray will be instrumental in that offering and raising of funds. Why not? He is vested now and will do everything he can to help us succeed. Apparently Manny indicated ETTA and ET&T will/might merge and therefore we will be able to take a position in the company that OWNS the technology we have on a license here at ECNC. I LIKE the thought of being able to own a piece of the entire structure! Right now ET&T shares are privately held and not publicly traded, thought Tom has told me he would sell me some if I really wanted. I hope Tom can work some kind of deal for ECNC shareholders to get access to purchase of ETTA shares, maybe at an incentive price?!!
