TG, the Lermans can drag Gordon and TSIG into that suit if they can show that the company knowingly distributed false information about their business. The SEC documents the company issued seems to fairly reflect the sorrow state of this company, thus the Lermans will not have a chance basing their case on these. Their only chance is if they can prove that the information given to posters that posted on the public boards was knowingly false. Another point might be a PR from Gordon in which he indicated very strongly that there is an equal possibility that the conversion of the floorless could occur at $3/share rather than at less than $.10 per share as has actually occurred.
