Alf, Thank you for your post. In response to your question, CyBerX only provides sound alerts for Order Alerts, Conditional Orders, and Stop Loss Orders. To set a sound alert for any of the above, while in the Add Alert window, check the Play Sound option. In addition, you must select a sound file to play. To do so, you will need to click Configure, Browse, and then find the sound file you wish to have played. You then must Add and finally select the sound file in the Add Alert window. If you have any trouble in setting up the sound alert, you can also reference page 12 of the CyBerX Manual and or please give us a call.
