Thread: CCSI is late for filing their 10KQ due no later than August 16, 1999. Quote from Form 12b-25,
"State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, N-SAR or the transition report portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.)

The unaudited financial statements for the quarter and year-to-date periods ending June 30, 1999 were not completed in time to meet the statutory filing deadline of August 16, 1999.

No material change from a year ago reporting is indicated above by Darby Macfarlane. That indicates to me no sales. I still expect a spin to the effect that inventory building and transfer to distribution may be construed as 'sales'. Late reporting is generally an unfavorable situation. CCSI seems stuck around 6 on slight volume. I think it is time for a price swing--rationalization closer to zero. That would be appropriate.
