That indicates to me no sales. I still expect a spin to the effect that inventory building and transfer to distribution may be construed as 'sales'. Late reporting is generally an unfavorable situation. CCSI seems stuck around 6 on slight volume. I think it is time for a price swing--rationalization closer to zero. That would be appropriate.
