OK, ok...bear with me here...

AFE is authorization for expenditures (prepared by the operator of a proposed well and approved by other participants in the well).

so, you're saying, Ed...that the issuance of an AFE for Valentine means that the 'go-ahead' is signed, sealed, delivered and FUNDED and that drillin' will commence in short order....
