Financial Intranet, Inc. announces Contracts

ARDSLEY, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)—April 13, 1999--Financial Intranet, Inc.
(OTCBB:FNTN) today announced the signing of a contract to provide communications
services to one of the largest single franchise owners of a major fast food company. In addition
to providing traditional voice and data transmission, FNTN will be delivering distance learning
video content to over 100 franchise locations throughout the country. The contract also calls
for implementation of video conferencing capabilities between the company's operational hubs.

Michael Sheppard, President and Chief Operating Officer of FNTN said "the completion of
this project represents a minimum of $250,000 in revenues to FNTN." Sheppard added

Howdy Jim, Don and all, Tomorrow....some action ? Based on a basically unchanged, but finalized submission to the SEC ? I'd be pleasantly surprised if by itself it did much to boost the share price.

Although ! To me it signals the BEGINNING of a time when bits and pieces of good news will be received by investors with a more lasting positive bias.
IMO after FNTN assumes the "reporting" designation we'll need some good news layered on more good news to become air-borne.
Also, the length of time it takes to receive this good news might be a little longer than some on this thread anticipate.
But I believe it WILL come,
