Hi Richard, I Know of no reg S and the transfer agent nor the company have stated anything of the sort. The financial expertise, I am talking to believe it is a "Value of the stock" naked shorter. I have to agree with that because the DTC is not going up in shares to justify the volume and consistent drop of 20% a day. It is non reporting and a start up company with nothing in it presently. However, it was created to test the HGP. Now I am confused on the amount of naysays when all they want to see if the HGP will do what they have claimed for alomst a decade. I do not know Tim I just verify ... Chuck, I do not know where he stands nor do I think Chuck does at the moment. Legal whatevers, is normal in an OTC when targeted by slammers. Seen all this before from the trading to slammers to the legal crap. I do not have an answer except according to the professionals I am talking to who do not invest in OTC, will not even buy any for their clients but they are doing the DD on it for clients. The stock value scenario seems to be the key here I believe. This stock is teaching me a new prespective in the OTC and shorting. I was informed to watch because that exact term would come from someone who is familair with shorting. Until that was mewntioned here on this thread I was not sure it was not someone selling. However, the only reason I donot believe the company or whoever is not selling is because no new certificates are hitting the DTC and the volume is massive. Now what is wrong with Orex? It a shell and non reproting with no active business or revenues headed by a Top executive that has no experience in mining. Plus Orex wants to field test the HGP. Hopefully, they will close on one of the acquistions or both shortly. I am not buying anymore until something closes and the new board or management team is announced. :-) GB
