Yes, I know what you mean about the insider sales, but, having seen other parabolic moves, this really isn't much. You should have seen the sales at ASND all the way up back around '94 or '95 for what could be considered a comparable kind of company and move in some ways. Each quarter a dozen insiders would line up to sell to the street, and each quarter the stock would go up another 20-50%, or sometimes double.

There are only about 6 or 7 people actually selling anything in SNDK so far; there were a lot "planned sales" and "acquired" mixed in with the "sales" which makes it look worse than it is. Also put it in context: this is the only second good move that this stock has had in the 5 or so years that it has been public. The first one topped out at about 40 two years ago, and now this. Some of the sellers sold back then too, in fact they have a habit of selling some each quarter or half to diversify their holdings almost no matter where the stock is (though they didn't sell last October). Harari is one of those. When a stock pops like this one has, some insider selling is a given.
