Xcit who I refer to as the PR MAN keeps doing his pseudo PR work..... the time he spends here coupled to time on the phone and emails to find all this is staggering. Then we have Asian based Frank_Ching who claims to talk with CEO's and of course Francois is here as usual. Wild and unsubstantiated claims ..... lets look at the record shall we? Francois claims 2 million naked shorts ..... turns out to be not fact but a guess with NO basis as to any short position let alone 2 million. Asia4sale touted as a cross between the second coming and Superbowl. Unfortunately the date was wrong, the auction is in Philippine Pesos with local taxes paid and the items to be auctioned include tractors, forklifts and assorted portable toilets .... Huuuugggggeeee!! At least Superbowl has less hype. Francois claims no connection between Amber Capital and Amber Securities .... wrong again Francois. Frank_Ching claims Mr Tobin told him a number of things plus assorted other rubbish. Frank substantiate what you posted otherwise I might consider what you said wild and unsubstantiated. I am here, as I have stated before, because the legal action taken by Ziasun offends me. Denying freedom of speech is wrong. Francois making frequent threats of legal action offends me ...... Francois it really is being used too much. In my opinion, such as it is, the Ziasun action will not proceed but I do believe other action may be forthcoming.
