TO ALL: For great entertainment, go see the Sixth Sense with Bruce Willis. WHAT a MOVIE!!! DO NOT ask anyone about it, and do not divulge what it is about, if you know. Just go and enjoy.

Hi John,
I am cautiously optimistic about the company. The company news release of April, 1999 did suggest the following:

1. They have bundled sales of traditional voice and data with other services. It seems that these services will be sold subsequent to the sale of their core products. This may explain why they are not licensed in every state yet. They obtain their licenses only in states where they see a start of sales activity. This is smart and a resource saving device.

2. Video conferencing technology has been acceptable to the initial customer (s).

3. They are attracting sizable customers (100 restaurants in the chain).

4. Distance Learning has been accepted and I think delivered on their visit to the West Coast last month. I have learnt that they did stay at a Sheraton class hotel and that may but "not necessarily" imply more customer contacts but we did officially hear that the visit was fruitful.

5. $250,000 for Distance Learning plus some traditional stuff and video conferencing seems to have been delivered (see Tomato Man's post s last month for a subtle hint of that).

6. They do seem to be getting the video technology accepted in a broad spectrum of markets - there was a hint of that in some conversations I had with outsiders - seems plausible too that other web-sites may turn to them to provide videos of products done in a manner like the "shareholder meeting" video we have all seen. The quality of that video is either same or better than Broadcast.com but not worse.

7. Here is a sticky one - $350,000 in ANNUAL revenues because of contracts signed in March in the "CORE business related to the Financial Community". Is this for Financial INTRANET product? I cant think of another Core business. Does the business model involved here guarantee the revenue or is a pipe dream based on a level of usage that may not pan out. Is this the Forward Looking statement in the news release? Is it for leads provided to financial planners for us using the real-time quotes? Is it a contract with Alaron for having a presence on FNTN web site? Or is it the advertising revenue from WorldPM? (WorldPM, are you paying for your banner ads? 3,4 or 5 digits?)

So cautiously again, I think that $6000 revenue for the first quarter may have little relevance to the succeeding quarters.

My own pet subject, to get the message boards activated by a simple change or two, has been warmly accepted by RandumOne and hopefully forwarded to the web designers.
