That's great Matty . . . it's about time the SEC sued these guys. It's unbelievable what these scammy companies are doing to the regular investor. Their shameless hyping and outright lying in press releases should not be tolerated. I hope the SEC files more lawsuits for this type of criminal activity so the stock frauds which are so commonplace in the US now will come to an end. Sometimes as I watch how the US stock market works, I actually feel like I'm in a third world country. Believe me I know what it feels like to be in a third world country since I was born and raised in India. Things are completely out of control here. To tell you the truth the Indian stock exchanges have really cut down on the criminal activity . . . so much so that I'm sometimes tempted to leave the Nasdaq and trade on the National Stock Exchange of India. I'm glad the SEC is taking action. We should continue to speak out against these criminals no matter what because if we stay quiet they'll never be caught. Lola:)

Let's see, what does CVIA have going on over the next few months: August 2 for 1 split Filing the amended SB-2 Start drilling the Hodges X-1 oil project which has potential reserves exceeding 300,000 barrels of premium Intermediate West Texas grade oil. Impressive Products Online IPO might be ready to go. Further developments involving Corporate Vision Development Inc. merger with a large commercial land developer company located in Cincinnati, Ohio. September ArchivalCD, Inc. IPO Certified report, by an independent third party professional geologist, by mid-September confirmation the $15,000,000 plus value of the gold reserves found in Utah. IPOSITE.COM getting up to speed. October Third quarter 10QSB hopefully showing the new gold asset value and maybe some revenues and income. Maybe another split? Starting the process of moving off of the OTC and onto a bigger exchange. Other projects Creating a new division or IPO that will take advantage of these internet sites: IPO-Brokerage.Com, IPO-Brokerage.Net, IPO-Broker.Com, Ipo-Broker.Net Car-Shopping.Com, Masterpiece-Auction.Com and Masterpiece-Auction.Net. Evaluation of additional Gold Project claims by CVI Resources Utah. Shareholders meeting and proxy vote. Great Main IPO Activation and sale of the Preferred shares (CVIAP) Since there are so many projects in the works, I just wanted to document them so that we (CVIA shareholders) can get a handle on the upcoming events.
